Our attention has been drawn to emails sent to unsuspecting Cybercafé Operators supposedly from National Examinations Council on the Biometric registration guidelines and fees to be paid for issuance of a biometric license.
We hereby alert the public that such emails are clearly fraudulent and should be ignored. NECO is not associated with persons or organizations distributing these emails or with activities described in them.
